Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mohac Pixel (the "Service"), operated by Mohac Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales(Company No. 16270957). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) place illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, or sexually explicit content on the canvas; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits, energy systems, or anti-abuse mechanisms; (c) automate placements with bots or scripts without explicit permission; (d) impersonate others; (e) violate any applicable law including the UK Online Safety Act. We may remove pixels, lands, or accounts that breach these rules.

3. Paid Plans, Energy Packs & Billing

Paid plans, land purchases, and energy packs are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include applicable VAT/sales tax. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Virtual Items

Energy, shields, and similar in-game items are non-transferable, have no monetary value outside the Service, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Items may be reduced, modified, or removed for balancing, anti-fraud, or operational reasons.

5. User Content & Licence

You retain ownership of pixels, art, and information you submit ("User Content"). You grant Mohac Media Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute User Content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and original content of the Service are owned by Mohac Media Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohac Media Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Consumer Rights (EU/UK)

Consumers in the EU and UK have statutory rights that are not affected by these Terms, including the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days — see our Refund Policy. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
