Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Mohac Pixel, processed by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Ltd.

1. EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of the order, unless performance has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. By purchasing energy, subscriptions, or other digital items and using them immediately, you expressly agree that performance starts at once and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for items consumed.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial months unless required by law.

3. Energy packs & virtual items

Unused energy packs purchased within the last 14 days may be refunded on request. Energy already spent on pixel placements is non-refundable.

4. Lands

Land purchases may be refunded within 14 days if no pixels have been placed on the land and no shields applied. Active or modified lands are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email iletisim@mohacmedya.com with your order ID and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by Paddle.com Market Ltd.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we usually resolve issues faster than banks can.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
